Vehicle graphics and fleet branding

Van livery, part wraps, full wraps and fleet rollouts in cast vinyl, applied so the graphic follows the vehicle rather than fighting it. See our guide to vehicle wrap cost for a full vs partial wrap comparison.

The cheapest advertising most businesses own

A branded van is seen by more people per pound than any other marketing a local business buys, and it works every day for years. For trades, service businesses and anyone with a fleet it is usually the single best value item on the list.

The whole job depends on film choice. Cast vinyl conforms to curves, rivets and recesses and stays put for seven to ten years. Cheaper calendered film shrinks back from the edges and lifts within a season, which is why some vehicle graphics look tired after one winter.

Before you order

Vehicles need proper preparation. A wash and de grease is the minimum, and wraps applied over unrepaired damage will follow the damage underneath. Leased vehicles also need the removal position agreed at the start, because returning a van with adhesive residue can be charged back to you.

What we need to quote

  • Vehicle make, model and year, and body style
  • How many vehicles, and whether more will follow
  • Vector artwork of the logo
  • Whether the vehicles are owned or leased

Coverage options

Simple livery

Cut vinyl logo, phone number and web address. Lowest cost, highest return per pound.

Part wrap

Printed panels over part of the body, usually the lower half or the rear.

Full wrap

Complete colour change and graphic coverage. Also protects the paint underneath.

Cast vinyl

Conformable and dimensionally stable, seven to ten years. The correct film for vehicles.

Fleet rollout

Templated once, then repeated so every vehicle matches exactly.

Common questions

How much does it cost to brand a van?

A cut vinyl logo, phone number and web address is the lowest cost option and gives the highest return per pound. A part wrap costs more, a full wrap more again but also protects the paint underneath.

How long do vehicle graphics last?

Seven to ten years in cast vinyl. Cheaper calendered film shrinks back from the edges and lifts within a season, which is why some vehicle graphics look tired after one winter.

Can graphics be removed from a leased vehicle?

Yes, and the removal position should be agreed at the start. Returning a leased van with adhesive residue can be charged back to you.

Branding a vehicle or a fleet?

Tell us the make, model and how many. Fleet work is templated once and repeated, so unit cost falls with volume.
