Exhibition and event graphics

Stand graphics, backdrops, panels, banners and display for exhibitions and events, produced in house so a late artwork change is a reprint rather than a negotiation. See our guide for more detail.

Fixed dates, moving artwork

Exhibition work has an immovable deadline and artwork that changes until the last moment. Printing it ourselves means we can absorb a late change rather than passing it to a trade supplier and hoping.

Because the same studio designs the brand and prints the display, the stand, the banner and the literature actually match, which is the most common thing that goes wrong when the pieces are bought separately.

Before you order

Organisers set rules on stand height, rear wall treatment and what can be fixed to the shell scheme, and they vary by venue. Check the exhibitor manual before designing, because a graphic that breaches the height limit will not be allowed up on the day.

What we need to quote

  • Stand size and whether it is shell scheme or space only
  • The exhibitor manual or the organiser rules
  • Event dates and the build up day
  • Whether the graphics need to be reused
A polished contemporary exhibition stand with coherent blue and charcoal printed fabric backwall, rigid graphic panels and branded counter, realistic exhibition hall lighting and floor, sparse text 'North Studio'.

Options

Shell scheme panels

Printed foamex or fabric panels sized to the standard shell dimensions.

Fabric backdrops

Tension fabric on a frame. Packs small, no creasing, reusable.

Rigid panels

Foamex or Dibond for durability across multiple events.

Portable displays

Roller banners and pop ups for smaller events and reuse.

Reusability

Frames retained, printed graphics replaced per event.

Common questions

What do I need to check before designing exhibition graphics?

The exhibitor manual. Organisers set rules on stand height, rear wall treatment and what can be fixed to the shell scheme, and they vary by venue. A graphic that breaches the height limit will not be allowed up.

Can exhibition graphics be reused?

Yes. Tension fabric and pop up frames are retained and the printed graphic replaced per event, which costs far less than a new stand each time.

How late can artwork change?

Later than most suppliers allow, because printing is in house. A late change is a reprint we schedule rather than a renegotiation with a trade supplier.
