Marketing suite and show home graphics

Wall graphics, window vinyl, site plans, wayfinding and display for sales environments that need to look finished while the scheme around them is not. See our guide for more detail.

A finished space inside a building site

A marketing suite has one job: to make a buyer believe in a scheme that does not exist yet. Everything in it has to look completed, which is difficult when the view out of the window is a crane.

Graphics do most of that work, because they are the fastest way to turn a bare unit into a branded environment. Wall graphics, printed site plans, window vinyl covering the view, and display for the specification and plot information.

Before you order

Marketing suites are usually fitted out at the last possible moment on a fixed launch date, in a space that has just been handed over. Walls are frequently freshly painted, which means the paint has not cured and vinyl will not hold. Building a curing window into the programme is the single most useful thing you can do.

Common questions

What graphics does a marketing suite need?

Typically full height wall graphics, a large format site plan with plot overlays, window vinyl covering the site view, wayfinding from the site entrance, and specification and plot display.

How far ahead should marketing suite graphics be planned?

Far enough to allow fresh paint to cure, typically two to four weeks. Suites are usually decorated at the last moment before a fixed launch date, and vinyl will not hold on uncured paint.

Opening a marketing suite?

Tell us the launch date and when the space is decorated. We will work back from both.
